Wood chip dryer machine operating principle
1.A rolling cylinder which slightly inclines is main part of a 3
drum dryer.wet materials are fed from the higher end of the cylinder when the
heating media are being sent through the lower end.

As rawmaterial is sticky,it is divided into several section for
1.Transmission section. Wet coal slime enters this section, then
gets full contact with high temperature air, moisture inside gets
vapourized. With lifting boards elevate and scatter materials
repeatedly, wet coal slime is conveyed to next section.
2.Cleaning section. When materials fall down, they are easy to
stick on inner wall of cylinder. During this process, cleaning
device breaks the clumps.This spreads the surface area of heat
exchange and improves heat efficiency.
3.Lifting boards section. Wet coal slime is loose and of low
moisture content that meet requirement.
4.Discharging section. No lifting boards in this area. Materials
roll to outlet.The whole drying process is completed.
Wet materials, first scattered via special feeding scattering
device,then wet materials is sent to the feeding machine by
band-type feeder, and then wet materials is conveyed/delivered into
raw materials drum dryer roller by feeding machine,materials in
stirring function of shoveling plates which are equispaced in
drying roller,homodisperse and fully contact with hot air, to
achieve the purpose of heat transfer and mass transfer.rawmaterial
after drying in the end of roller discharge finished products from
the star-shape discharger,the belt discharging machine output the
dried products, and that complete drying process.
